Managed and lead the Asia portfolio of an industry worth USD21.6B, pivoting strategies between the local markets and global leadership. Responsible for cross-functional roles in the Regional and Singapore office in marketing, digital, business development, artist and repertoire. Engineered and led new business unit, Asia Pacific Branded Hub, supported by Economic Development Board; partnerships & campaigns with the big techs (Facebook, Twitter, Snap, Shazam) which led to incremental increase of artists and music releases social performances.

Led licensing and circulation of third-party publishers with a team of Accounts Managers for more than 100 online and offline media: Nylon, Female, Home & Décor and more. Achieved 5% in excess of forecast revenue and reduce minimal guarantees by 12% YOY with re-construction of annual growth plan.

Responsible for business development, digital sales of the label's roster including JJ Lin, Ado, Jeff Chang, BY2 and more. Secured regional partnerships for Artist JJ Lin at Samsung World Cyber Games, Beats by Dr Dre & Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific launch.
