CurrentDevelop, implement, and oversee a strategic plan for onboarding, leadership development, and skill-based training to improve the knowledge and skills of our leaders, managers, and individual contributors across the organization.Work cross-functionally to identify current and future programs and needs, as well as opportunities where training can clearly support attainment of business objectives.Identify training needs, recommending, and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.Design and develop learning plans/curriculum to improve skills across the organization using various learning modalities.Collaborate with Leaders and Global Learning Community to understand the needs related to learning and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders to recommend and deploy effective solutions.Conduct leadership/Global Learning Community assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and organization capability/performance improvement.Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs in partnership with Corporate Communications.Apply latest advances in technology to learning development and delivery.Establish and maintain metrics to evaluate learning impact.Identify and manage learning vendors and budget.Strategize with Talent Management, DE&I, Corporate Communications, and senior stakeholders.
