Responsibilities: -Supervise FL Development Services design staff and provide design leadership, coaching, and mentorship-Champion the Kimley-Horn brand and quality and continually seek out improvements to processes and technical skill development of the team-Present creative concepts to external and internal clients and facilitate collaborative discussions to achieve consensus-Collaborate with marketing coordinators, engineers, project managers, and technical staff to provide design expertise in strategic key pursuits and large, complex projects-Coordinate with other Graphics Group Leads to develop initiatives and trainings and provide opportunities for firmwide collaboration among designers-Have a broad understanding of the resources and services the design team offers, and match designers with opportunities based on service line and expertise-Partner with Marketing Team Leadership to develop operating budgets, staffing plans, and to set strategic priorities-Advocate on behalf of graphic designers for resources, advancement, and opportunities for growth-Lead the recruiting process by partnering with HR and the Marketing Team Leader to review resumes, and screen, interview, and extend offers to candidates
