I am an experienced leader with a strong track record in establishing high performing teams that consistently deliver results in diverse and complex environments including government, the defence industry and commercially focussed teams within a university.My experience includes senior leadership roles in government including as a General Manager, Director and Ministerial Advisor in South Australia, Trade and Investment Director in London and Industry Capability Development Manager (business capture) in a top defence prime. The diversity and complexity of these roles are a testament to my agility and ability to continuously adapt and grow in my career whilst developing deep relationships within industry and government nationally and internationally. Team leadership, relationship management and strategy are core strengths, as well as political savvy and diplomacy, which have been critical to success throughout my career. I am flexible and adaptable whilst remaining resilient under pressure and thrive in challenging roles. With a strong focus on organisational culture, I seek to remain authentic and inspire others. I have successfully managed geographically and culturally diverse teams domestically and internationally and have been recognised for my dedication to diversity and inclusion. Formal recognition includes the BAE Systems Global Procurement Award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the University of South Australia's Team award and the Universities Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) award for the establishment of Uni SA's Enterprise Hub, a central point for industry to engage across the whole university.
