At Roode Bioscoop my focus lies on both productional and administrative work. As a producer I focus on the 'Roode Bioscoop X Amarte Sessions' that are held twice a year. Over 10 ten days we invite 18 musical acts to do a live recording session with audience attending as well. Putting together an inviting concert program, making sure our freelance crew is carefully instructed, whilst supporting them in their creative ideas, but above all, ensuring the best environment for the artist to perform in, is what I go for.As an administrator I process ticket and bar sales, handle artist payments and prepare our financial administration. Applying for subsidies from our partner Stichting Amarte Fonds and reworking the budget plan for 'The Sessions' has been a new opportunity for me since summer '23.

In November 2019 I joined Cunard's flagship Queen Mary 2 for my second contract as Queens Room Vocalist, this time sailing the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic.

I was very happy to join the Cunard Queen Elizabeth ship in Melbourne to work as their Queens Room Vocalist. Together with an eight piece band I performed music for dancing in the ball room every night. Our repertoire consisted of ballroom and latin arrangements of contemporary tunes on regular nights, jazz pieces on the very popular big band nights and soul tunes on our Dancing In The Streets party night. Hosting the room and representing our Queens Room Orchestra at any time were also part of my role on board.
