Customer Support Manager / Project Coordinator
My current position is a Customer Support Manager/ Project coordinator. Here are some of my responsibilities: Customer Support Manager:- Oversee all Customer Support agents, and set up weekly meetings to plan out the week's agenda.- Reach out to potential clients, and connect them with the Fundraising Specialist who is the best fit for their cause. Manage all Customer Support Software processes, including emails, calls, chat, AI, articles, and others. Currently operating via Zendesk.- Implement change and new features within the CS team.- Generate success reports and implement new best practices to achieve better results.Project coordinator:- Coordinator for other software solutions such as Zendesk Sell, Airtable, and others.- ChatBot and AI Implementation- Charidy Support Portal setup, writing, and editing. Collaborating with other teams to create an extensive range of topics.
