As the Head of Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning, my role focused on Workforce Planning which is concerned with the processes of planning, developing, implementing, administering and performing ongoing evaluation of recruiting, hiring and orientation to ensure that the workforce will meet the organization’s goals and objectivesStrategic part of the role is to identify the staffing requirements of the organization (regional) through well-defined and approved manpower plans. Identify the external recruitment partners for specialized assignments, assign the roles and split the Workflow equally among the TA Specialists. Re-assigned work flow process amongst the team that created room for vertical and horizontal promotions. Operational activities such as generating monthly reports on team activities, ratios on placements against vacant roles, attrition against workforce hire etc are prime focus.
