Client Relations:- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction.- Proactively manage client appointments, meetings, and calls.Cash Management:- Manage mid-month and month-end payments for over 500+ accounts in the team- Oversee all accounts involve payments, inform advisors to raise cash and make sure there are enough cash in the account by payment date- Quarterly feesTrade and Account Management:- Process trades with accuracy and ensure timely execution.- Oversee all aspects of account opening, documentation, and balance monitoring.Administrative Support: - Provide essential support for team administrative tasks and responsibilities.- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for account openings and client cash flow management.- Support ongoing account management and documentation updates.Client Interaction and Meetings:- Participate in client meetings as needed and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.- Facilitate arrangements and follow-up for client meetings.Cage Coverage and Miscellaneous Tasks:- Welcome clients, process cheques and deposits, and manage mail distribution.- Handle mail and courier services and address various branch-related tasks.Team Collaboration:- Support team members and enhance cross-business working relationships.
