Passionate to not only MOVE people but SHIFT them! I believe humans are meant to move every day, in 360 degrees. Elements Australia - is my Wellness Brand consisting of Elements Studio in Brisbane, Elements TV our App, Elements Retreats and Elements Training our Yoga Teacher Training Programs.Our services include a range of yoga styles, movement classes, strength classes, recovery and blissful treatments such as acupuncture to massages - available at our studio, online or at one of our transformative retreats.A little about my journey: After +10 years in Corporate Advertising I followed my heart and made my passion of yoga my every day life. Today I have taught close to 5000 classes across different studios, corporate clients and non for profits such as youth jails and communities in need.Combining my business, marketing and wellness industry knowledge I also offer coaching for health or wellness professionals and brands who would like to dive deeper into the field of wellness for their employees.
