Manages and ensures the optimization and development activities/processes for Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) and its managed business units are implemented within the governance and policies of Aboitiz Group HR (AGHR) with the objective to guarantee the growth of employees and the company.● Create, conduct and upkeep key talent review profiles and succession management plans of critical positions and high potential employees in order to support management in developmental initiatives such as talent mobility and professional growth. ● Facilitate promotion exercise for managers and below to support Vice President - Strategic Business Partner by ensuring collection of nominations, evaluation, approval and communication are executed in order to promote internal development and growth.● Monitor the progress of individual development plans and act as a consultant to provide developmental action plan that supports the team’s competency framework in order to drive self - driven development.● Identifies training needs of employees and works with other managers on program development, seeks training providers for training facilitation; coordinates scheduling and logistics with participants in order to ensure training programs are implemented to increase Team Member development, efficiency, and performance.● Monitor training compliance of AEV managed team in order to ensure core courses are taken by employees at the right time● Oversee the Performance Management Process from communication, collection and documentation in order to capture annual individual performance of all Team Members of AEV and managed BUs.● Champion the administration of HR Systems related to Organizational Development, Talent Management and Goals & Performance to ensure user acceptance and utilization.● Ensure and update all AEV Talent Optimization policies and guidelines are reviewed and updated in order to align it with the practices of AEV and Aboitiz Group HR’s overall direction.

Responsible in ensuring the Attraction, Optimization and HR Systems Administration activities/processes for AEV are implemented in coordination with the Aboitiz Group HR governance and policies● Provide end-to-end recruitment to ensure attraction of top talents.● Manage and facilitate annual manpower/workforce planning for AEV and managed business units ● Manage and maintain relationship with external Executive Search Partners.● Monitoring of compliance of Learning & Development Programs● Oversee talent management/mobility of AEV and support Aboitiz Group HR with its activities● Oversee activities for Talent Management and Learning Management Systems
