Lead executive responsible for full "soup to nuts" startup, strategy, implementation and execution of investment industrial development portfolio under The Carroll Companies umbrella which represents nearly $3.5B in assets. Oversight includes site identification and acquisition, site civil planning, contracting, project management, martketing. leasing and asset management.

- Built and executed Cary's first existing industry program leading to the retention and expansion of over 1,000 jobs - to include Epic Games global HQ.

- Lead the recruitment and location of nearly 4,000 jobs and $1B in investment, including some of the largest and most significant industrial development investment in the southeast.-Experienced in site identification, selection and land acquisition.

Responsible for the recruitment of domestic and international business to Mississippi, primarily in the target sectors of energy, light manufacturing and data centers.
