The Digital, Data & Dissemination (‘3D’) department is responsible for covering all of the CACEIS Group's digital services (including OLIS Convergence, OLIS Mobile, TEEPI and Connect Store).With the OLIS (‘Online Investors Services’) solution, clients have access to all CACEIS services: custody, middle-office, treasury, fund administration, etc.The OLIS team is the single point of contact for all questions relating to the day-to-day use of the platforms, and helps clients to use them to their full potential.My main tasks is to:- Presenting and assisting customers with our digital solutions,- Managing reporting to customers,- Communication during the implementation of new digital solutions,- Improving internal tools,- Coordination with our differents teams regarding services linked to the various platforms.

Onboarding the customer after signing the campaign:- Understanding the client's objectives and implementing the necessary means to meet them- Centralising the elements necessary for the execution of the mailings- Ensuring that deadlines and planning are met- Production and coordination of campaigns with our team of webmasters: Expertise and know-how :- Advise clients on the creation of their content in order to ensure the performance of the mailings- Carry out creative briefs- Implementing the necessary actions to improve the performance of the mailings: A/B testing, etc.- Optimisation of campaign components to achieve the best performance: A/B testing of subject line, message, emailing creation.... Reporting & Activity Monitoring:- Track and analyse your campaign KPIs: open rate, click rate, deliverability rate and unsubscribe rate- Implement corrective actions for future mailings- Carrying out the assessment for each campaign, and putting forward recommendations to customers- Monitor the NPS customer satisfaction score and actively participate in improving the customer experience
