As a member of the Resident Life Staff, the Summer Head Resident Assistant (SHRA), is empowered by the University to assist in establishing a positive living environment for the summer resident students. The SHRA is an acting professional staff member sharing duty responsibilities with other professional level equivalent Residence Life staff members. In addition, the SHRA attends any emergent situations that occur with the Resident Students and handles any conflicts or incidents.
