I am a UI/UX Designer and UX researcher at the Material Experience Center by Santoni. Part of my duties are to keep the UX of our amazing platform materialliance.com on point. I develop the user research plan and execution: from user journeys, low and high level mockups, interviews and usability tests. I am also responsible to report research findings to high management and other stakeholders. As part of my duties I do competitor benchmarking and market research, as well as content writing for diverse sections of the platform: showcases, tutorials and social media posts. As the platform has grown, we are expanding into the Chinese market, where I a leading the platform localization efforts.I am a user-center practitioner and evangelist.

In charge of developing R3's branding strategy and graphic assets, this includes: editorial design, UI and UX design, social media marketing campaigns, info graphics, etc.I provide diverse design solutions for the service of the internal teams and R3's diverse clients: UX research and evaluation of digital ecosystems, graphic design, and social media campaigns.

During my time there, my work consisted in the design and development of a multi-region ecommerce platform as a UI/UX Designer. My working tasks included: user research and user testing, including research scope and research planing, wire framing, prototyping, and the development of icon libraries, UI and UX design.

I was in charge of developing branding strategy for a wide variety clients in different sectors and industries: education, FMCG, legal, retail, hospitality, etc.

As a Graphic Designer I was in charge of the print advertising campaigns, photography, store display, as well as website maintenance.
