• Responsible for optimization of Southern New Hampshire’s VZW cell phone network performance, availability and reliability. Previously in charged of the Billerica, MA market before being ascended to take upon a high-profile market with venue sites and different challenges.• Collaborated with design engineers to improve, and expand network coverage and capacity. Including but not limited to antenna selection, tilt and azimuth placement.• Responsible for implementing network changes at sector and market level. Providing detailed traffic reports for new macro cells and nodes additions as well as KPI per and post on air of neighboring sectors. Following up with additional parameter and optimization based on data and also responsible for implementing.• Familiar with Anritzu and R&S PR100 spectrum analyzers as well as other VZW exclusive noise hunting equipment.• Collaborated with engineers to develop process improvements that would enhance testing procedures and analysis.• Monitored network performance and reliability on daily bases to ensure excellent customer experience.
