Voluntarily separating from Nike after years of standing up data governance, teams and frameworks, I harnessed my talent for replacing ambiguity with structure and standards to guide my family’s business leadership transition in the wake of my father’s passing. As an Enterprise Data Governance Director I provided strategic and operational direction for all business functions and geographies within Nike, Inc. Through the creation of a Calendar data domain we streamlined out-of-sync business line calendars resulting in product launch date confusion and quarterly reporting fire drills – effectively reducing report scrubbing and product launch date confusion.
