Following Aconex's acquisition by Oracle, I transitioned across to Oracle's Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit where I looked after Primavera P6, Unifier and Aconex.

I built Aconex's Account Management team in the Middle East. Account Managers worked closely with Aconex's most important enterprise clients with a focus on renewals and account growth. I also lead the strategy and business relationship with a small number of global strategic clients within the global Key Account Manager team.

Database Aided Design (DAD) is a SaaS technology that makes construction projects more streamlined and productive for EPCs, Designers and Contractors by eliminating manual administration and data entry in one of the AEC industry's most fundamental workflows: co-ordination and production of drawings.The AEC industry has long suffered from a misdirected concentration of effort; too much focus on the production of drawings and not enough focus on the quality of the underlying models from which drawings are extracted. Design teams lose a lot of time on projects to the inefficiencies of how CAD & BIM models are manually converted into drawings and then uploaded into Document Management Systems. DAD is web based platform that solves this problem. DAD fully automates key drawing production processes which frees design teams to focus their energy on real design/modelling work and problem solving, rather than losing vast amounts of time on the project to the "administration of work". With DAD, design teams achieve productivity and quality levels otherwise unattainable using conventional methods.

Kicked off TDIC’s BIM strategy and developed the BIM specification document for the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

- Expert knowledge of Capital Projects and Programme Management information flows and business processes for design, tendering, contract administration, construction and facilities management.- I led a team of 19 people across 4 offices to manage the project control systems for a major Abu Dhabi governmental organisation. - My team ran the systems that supported the design, construction and FM phases of major tourism projects including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the Zayed National Museum. - Responsible for the implementation, management & administration of the document control technology (Aconex) used by 800 suppliers, and over 10,000 users across our 120 projects to manage mission critical project documentation.
