Hey, I’m Ethan Visintin, a graduate of Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations Management, and Marketing. I work as a hands-on Operations Manager, where I oversee key functions such as planning, budgeting, scheduling, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. My role also includes bookkeeping and on-site carpentry, allowing me to contribute directly to the practical aspects of operations. I manage supplier relationships, financial planning, and work closely with a cross-functional team to drive strategic initiatives that support both daily activities and long-term business growth. Our workplace culture thrives on continuous development—both of the company and ourselves—which aligns with my personal commitment to lifelong learning. I wish to pursue a CPA designation to further deepen my expertise in finance and operations.In addition to my professional work, I volunteer as a dedicated leader at Coastal Church, where I contribute to community outreach programs on a weekly basis.
