For my first year in this position, I directed all company operations. Additionally, I empower high-performing design teams, ascertain budget requirements, and verify construction cost reporting accuracy. I’m also tasked with executing the full request for tender (RFT) process, drafting and submitting routine design and progress reports, and meticulously tracking project progress. Dubai

As Assistant Vice President of Projects at Amity University, I served in an all-encompassing role tasked with reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). I successfully acquired top design consultants, directed an expansive contract management process, and held continuous oversight of many full project life cycles. I demonstrated a trusted ability to align all project efforts with specific project requirements, consistently drove operations to completion with rigid time restrictions. I was directly interfacing with government authorities to expedite project approvals, identified project milestones, and consistently kept track of project cash flow. During this time, I played a leading role in advancing multidimensional planning and completion efforts for four ambitious construction initiatives, including a vast university campus, a preschool, and two educational institutions comprising 7,000 and 3,500 students respectively in a span of just three years.

Singapore

I relished my role as Technical Manager, which afforded me the opportunity to advance numerous projects at one time and serve as the primary communication source between clients and upper-level management personnel.In this capacity, I reinforced all facets of vendor and subcontractor management, fulfilled a wide range of administrative requirements, supported scope of services (SoW) procedures, hosted engaging technical meetings, and preserved all pertinent design and change management documentation. This role also enabled me to exercise great discretion in leading the initial design coordination phase for a 500-room, five-star luxury hotel construction project for Shangri-La. In addition, I successfully managed the design team for a 500,000 sq. ft. office construction project for Ascendas in India.

Abu Dhabi

While serving as Project Manager at Al Reyami Interiors LLC, I took command of AED 10M worth project operations, engaged directly with clients, coordinated strategic project planning and fit-out activities, orchestrated insightful technical progress review sessions, and generated in-depth project reports. Leveraging my noted project management skills, I successfully drove a major initiative in cohesively leading the fit-out construction for a number of reputed clients including the Ministry of Defence, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, Al-Hilal Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, First Gulf Bank and a large-scale business center.

As Manager of Architecture, I directed a high-performing architecture team at L&W Construction Pvt. Ltd. My key responsibilities included verifying the accuracy of client-requested design modifications, reviewing tender documentation, and preparing value engineering design proposals. In addition, I established construction shop drawing schedule information, hosted design review sessions, and worked alongside the contracts team in appointing subcontractors.
