Development of Supplier Part -New product Quality:Evaluate the new supplier with respect to the Engg aspects/Customer aspects and internal management aspectsFollow-up the supplier with respect to the timing plan.Coordinate with supplier for PPAP trials & help them to complete the PPAP documents.Supporting the APQP from Phase 1 to Phase 5 preparation/reviewing of PPAP documents.Supplier Quality:Reviewing of Supplier performance & provide the necessary engg/tech support to the supplierDo the process/product audit with respect to the audit plan.Conduct CQI 9 and CQI 12 Special process audit for required suppliers.Coordinate with SQE engineers & provide necessary support to them for supplier related issues.Coordinate with Design team & supplier for cost reduction of the supplier part by implementing of new Engg change/design change/ material change & same to be follow with customer for approval.To ensure the line stoppage and provide the quality parts.If any non-conformality found it should be move to non-conformance area. After the prior communication to supplier, decision making for the NC parts (sorting or rework or rejection).Customer Quality:Immediate response to customer team & co ordinate with them for the complaints & audits.Immediate response to the customers with immediate containment actions & supporting them for customer line stoppage.Do the proper root cause analysis & corrective actions with help of quality tool & respective CFT team.Monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of corrective actions & if result found 100% effective the same to be implement in the similar process of all the customer parts(Horizontal deployment)In-case of any customer complaint, immediate call off for the Internal CFT for analysis of containment actions to avoid the customer line stoppage & debit.Review the PDI performance periodically.Periodically review & revise the PFMEA as per the customer complaints & internal failures.In process Quality:Conduct the daily review meeting of Quality rejection analysis.Discuss with team about the rejection details with respect to root cause analysis.Coordinate with CFT team & implement the PCA for the concern issues.DO the periodical internal audit & suggest the improvements to the management.Drive the team to the continual improvements by teaching the Quality toolsReview with the management about quality costs & provide the suggestions to the management by implementing of Poka-yoke for avoiding 100% inspection in the process.
