But in the complex world of business leadership, I believe we need all three: emotional intelligence, crystal-clear logic, and a solid understanding of the economic landscape.👉 As a university lecturer, I have taught coaching to HR MSc students for over 13 years. Because I truly believe that nothing beats coaching as an effective leadership tool.👉 I am the founder & leader of the Best of HR Club, and organisation devoted to facilitating best practice sharing in the People & Culture leaders' community.👉 I am the mother of two teenage daughters, so I also get regular practice at ‘leading without formal authority’ in my family life. 😄Leading people and building a vibrant company culture is complex – but it doesn't have to be complicated.
