I offer individual emotional support for students who are experiencing difficulties and issues during their course at IRIE Dance Theatre and I also facilitate dance movement therapy groups for them.

I provide one to one support in grief recovery applying grief recovery method and professional coaching support for individuals. Using somatic approach I encourage them to find their inner resources: connecting, exploring, and using their body’s wisdom.

I work collaboratively with a diverse and committed group of senior managers and their teams: to encourage an organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrate clear commitment to Georgian House Hotel`s values, mission and vision. I support employees` wellbeing, development and growth within the business.I was promoted into the Head of People & Culture role in May, 2018. Before as a food and beverage manager during two and half years I led and took full responsibility for the smooth running of services (i.e. breakfast, afternoon tea, bar) while providing a consistently high level of guest care and customer service within the department. In addition I gained experince during previous years in housekeeping department too.

As part of a team of voluntary members of ADMP UK, I monitored, updated, and oversaw the ethical policies and procedures of the organisation, and investigated complaints and concerns arising about ADMP’s members.

As part of the remote working team, I offer resources via our online channel to support individuals` and employees` mental, physical, and social wellbeing while they are working remotely.

My duties included: listening with empathy to callers in mental or emotional distress who ring the helpline; responding in a non-judgemental, non-directive and supportive way; working to a confidentiality policy; offering information if requested; participating in the monitoring of the Mindline service; providing peer support for fellow workers on the crisis helpline if required; facilitated two months-long Dance Movement Therapy Group for service users

I set up and led movement group therapy session for visually impaired people.

I provided group and individual therapy sessions for patients in an only-male, acute inpatient mental health and challenging behaviour ward.

I shadowed the dance movement psychotherapist in a group of students in Parliament Hill Secondary School.From 09/2013 onward as Dance Movement Psychotherapist Trainee, I facilitated individual and group dance movement psychotherapy in Willowbrook Primary School.

I shadowed dance movement psychotherapists in a group of people with wide range of learning difficulties and special needs.

As a psychologist, I offered regular counselling to visually impaired patients (most of whom had multiple disabilities and/or mental health problems). Part of my tasks was to tailor and follow-up personal plans aimed at improving problem solving and developing personal skills of our clients. I also led and facilitated group development, communication and conflict handling trainings.As a case manager, I coordinated, monitored and controlled the rehabilitation process of our clients. I also contributed to establishing the psychological assessment and evaluation of the rehabilitation processes.

As a psychologist, I offered regular counselling to visually impaired patients. As part of a team, I helped to organise and facilitate social events such as: recreational clubs, dance classes, excursions and provided support with other daily activities. As part of my professional development I completed a 40 hour course how to apply the solution focus method, which gave me a cognivite behaviour tool to support visually impaired people.
