As a Project manager I have managed several projects (national and international). I was responsible for the entire life cycle of the projects, from the planning to their closure (preparation, kickoff, coordination, monitoring, reporting, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction). My tasks often included managing team members, properly delegating tasks. I believe that transparency and clear, honest communication do have a large impact on project success. I have been engaged in CSR programs like WATCH and WATCH+, where I had the chance to work with local business partners to create career educational programs for students. To foster our employee engagement I have also initialized a few programs in house (like family friendly company, family days, home office option). I have also prepared and realized communicational- and press campaigns, wrote press related articles.

My activities included organization-, coordination tasks, communication with clients and business partners. I have also started to dive into project planning and execution. I have helped prepare and manage long term programs/events, which affects and draws hundreds of participants.

I have managed a large project to widen the Hungarian Ecoschool and Hungarian Green Kindergarten Network in the region. As a mentor I have held several trainings and lectures on various environmental protection topics.
