- Generation and monitoring of employment contracts- Managing the process of internal position changes- Active participation in restructuring projects, issuing accounts and documents related to downsizing- Onboarding processes, liaising with candidates, obtaining and issuing necessary documentation- Supporting exit processes, dealing with queries- Liaising with HR Business Partners, Talent Engagement and Payroll teams- Supporting HR processes in different markets, managing problems, liaising with stakeholders (Hungary, UK, Ireland)

- Supporting payroll activities, preparing reports- Administrative tasks relating to fringe benefits, processing invoices- Administrative tasks relating to end-of-year bonus accounting- Liaison and coordination of processes with HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Reward and Talent Management teams- Provide support to employees on sick pay, tax benefits, contract amendments, fringe benefits- Checking employment contracts and sending them out to employees
