- Research, analysis, collection and synthesis of user needs and issues with quantitative and qualitative methodology (user interviews, questionnaires and summary of results)- Performing UX audits on clients’ existing products and services, producing detailed reports and recommendations- Creation of low and high fidelity wireframes, validation of finalized plans with users and internal stakeholders, continuous iteration- Definition and creation of user journeys, flows and personas- Planning, execution and evaluation of stakeholder and user interviews- Organizing and running user research and user testing sessions (to validate ideas and gather qualitative and quantitative insights)- Participation in development of design processes and methods- Active contribution to design systems for delivering a standard experience across all products

- Participating in digital marketing activities, including audience retargeting, dynamic creative optimization, conversion rate optimization- Cooperation with POs and campaign managers on a daily basis- Evaluating campaign performance, drawing conclusions, capturing learnings, and making recommendations to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience in web and app- Participating in projects with CRM softwares, creating and quality controlling personalized experiences in mobile app and web- Creating Google Looker Studio (former Data Studio) dashboards, A/B tests and funnels for the upcoming campaigns- Analyzing the sales capabilities of the digital touchpoints and making UX suggestions for an improved customer experience- Identifying and prioritizing new opportunities through keyword research and commercial value- Participating in the execution of SEO strategy- Pitching own ideas for developing new components for digital interface- Giving recommendation for internal stakeholders in terms of website content, texts etc.- Developing organic search customer acquisition strategies- Leveraging data about consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights - Keeping contact with digital performance agencies and other partners

- Participating in online sales strategy planning, execution and webshop optimization- Responsible for the web platform on operative level – support, maintenance and optimization of pages and site structure- Supporting online sales by setting up campaign landing pages- Taking part in the introduction of new products on digital channels- Creating Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related content- Managing day-to-day web content including banner management, text revision and webshop product management- Participating in harmonization of digital channel communication (web, app, social)- Keeping content with creative agency for on-site banner creation
