I enforce institutional policies and procedures in residence halls through the regular monitoring of shared spaces, plan and execute events to encourage student involvement in the residence hall and on campus, and promote and support the health and safety of the residents under my supervision.

I collaborate with the other interns to index the show daily, recording segment summaries, sponsors, promotions, and any references to products, events, and businesses the on-air talent may allude to. Additionally, I conceptualize, research, and submit content to be used on air, research and write articles and headlines for affiliate markets, and prepare data for analytics tracking.

Under the Leadership Education and Development office of Georgia Tech, I devised storylines and assisted in the production of episodes of an upcoming video series. I also recorded and edited footage and photographs for promotional material.

I employed “Second-Mile Service,” a framework that emphasized exceeding a customer's expectations to anticipate and meet their needs, to quickly and accurately executing hundreds of transactions every shift.

I employed AutoCAD LT and Civil 3D to draft and revise over 200 water system blueprints and executed the packaging and export of proposals and blueprints to current and potential clients.
