Responsible for new business development and selling insurance consulting services to prospective clients of the firm.Extended its geographical reach to Northwestern Pennsylvania, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley.Developed the Catholic Employers Benefits Trust for the Diocese of Pittsburgh, the first of its kind in the nation.

Overall responsibility for the coordination of the Employee Benefits Practice of both the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the Company.
