I have four years of experience working in social care. I started as a community care assistantvisiting and supporting people with neurological conditions. After six months, I moved on to work in aresidential home for people with dementia. Not long after, I started working in a residential setting in ahome for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems, and I have stayed in thisfield for three years. I work as a residential childcare worker at the moment. I have also completed an online CBT practitioner course. Since then, sharing and spreading the goodword about it has become my passion. I also practice mindfulness. It has allowed me to stay calm during challenging times and distressingsituations. I have an ongoing course to complete for Mindfulness Practitioners. This post would be an excellent opportunity to develop my interest in social care further and gain workexperience in other areas I pursue professionally
