Looking for a change in quality of life, I jumped into an industry I knew little about. Using my previous skills in customer service and sales, I'm able to bring a great experience to the clients and provide value to my employer. With a desire to learn and help customers get their projects completed right, in as little as time possible, I immersed myself in learning. Customers now come to me when they need help figuring out the job.Daily, I spend a great deal of time assisting customers on the phone and in person with questions about rental items and the processes to complete their jobs. I deal with everything from major contractors to the homeowner trying to complete a home project. I negotiate and secure contracts with municipalities and large contractors.I started with dead Facebook and Instagram pages as well as an out of date Google page and transformed them into something relevant and useful. I now manage and produce real, relevant content for 1 Google page, 3 Facebook pages and an Instagram.

After a 2 year vacation from the automotive industry, I was given a great opportunity to come back. The chance to work with a rockstar team and be surrounded by a product I'm absolutely in love with was too much for me to turn down.Coaching fellow teammates in sales, customer experience, and processes was one of the most rewarding parts of this role.Sometimes knowing what doesn't work for you is more important than knowing what does. The overall fit for the role was not good and I made the tough decision to step down and train a replacement to fill my spot before stepping away completely.

Leaving a comfy bank job was a tough decision, especially in the middle of a pandemic. There is no growth in the comfort zone. The ability to help develop 3 divisions of a still young and growing company drew me to Above and Beyond. After two weeks of training, I was in the field writing and closing clients. Within 6 months I mastered processes for proper power washing, snow removal and holiday lighting installation and taught the crews the techniques of working as well as customer service. I did this while managing all projects from requiring little planning to those taking weeks of planning and coordinating people with equipment. I worked with everyone from folks needing small tasks completed, to companies in need of someone to provide solutions for more complicated jobs.

Owner operator of online retail sales company. The experience of owning and operating my own business was invaluable. I was not committed enough for this to be more than a legitimate side hustle as I gave my main focus to my full time employers.

PNC was easily one of my favorite places to work! I loved the bank, my coworkers and all those who supported me. At PNC I was able to not only take my customer service skills to the next level, I was able to help those around me grow and hone their skills as well. After a year as a Branch Sales and Service Representative, I was promoted to Branch Sales and Service Associate.I was the branch leader in customer surveys.

Looking for a place with more stability and room for growth I found myself at Gurley Leep. It was a rough first two years as I listened to old school guys in my naivety and learned bad habits. After becoming frustrated with my subpar success, I reinvented myself as a consultant and customer advocate. I mastered client relationships, built a die-hard customer base and established myself as an expert to both consumers and fellow consultants in my industry.I was a company leader in client survey responses.

This was a defining moment in my life. I stepped into a role of being fully sales and customer service focused. This was my first job being commission based and seeing my performance reflected in my pay check. It was here that I realized my weaknesses and put everything I could into becoming a beast at customer focused sales.

Here was another foray into the world of multi-tasking and wearing multiple hats. It was my stepping stone from filthy fields and back breaking work and into the world of mental challenges.At The Pilot, I was able to strengthen my leadership skills with an underpaid and unmotivated workforce of delivery drivers.I started building my customers service skills by taking calls and dealing with customer issuesI was given the daunting task of somewhat successfully selling and marketing subscriptions to an almost non-existent product.

This was the experience of a lifetime. I started as a 13 year old and worked through college.I developed a strong work ethic by not only working physically from sunup to sundown daily but also having to mentally problem solve at the same time.I learned problem solving by being alone in fields with no cell phone or radio to contact someone when something went wrong or equipment broke.I was thrown in to leadership because of my work ethic and problem solving, often having to lead a crew of 2-4 co-workers of highschool age to middle age in completing simple to often complex projects I often had no prior experience with.

Volunteered part time doing various tasks including - Setting up a a social networking presence for the Chamber and Tourism departments.Took part in tele-marketing to encourage advertising and membership with the Chamber.
