Dr. Etel Leit is a digital literacy advocate, human communication researcher, and the founder of SignShine™ Beverly Hills. Dr. Leit holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and Master’s degree in leadership and education from Pepperdine University. Her client list includes Hollywood notables like Macaulay Culkin (Home Alone, of course!), Brenda Song (The Suite Life of Zack & Cody), Lesley-Ann Brandt (Lucifer), and Christine Chiu (Bling Empire), as well as individuals, families, and educators. Leit regularly appears on CNN, NBC, KTLA, and Fox 11 and has been profiled by Reuters, Yahoo, and The Los Angeles Daily News, among others. She is the author of four books available at Barnes & Noble, including UnAddicted to You and her latest, The Emotional Code, focused on mastering communication in the digital AI age. Currently a faculty member in Psychology and MBA and PhD Psychology programs at Palo Alto's Sofia University and Cambridge College, Leit also mentors students from prestigious institutions like UCLA, where she is a keynote speaker on life skills and technology.
