Working in different areas of E-Commerce Center I was responsible for the directions of:- General management;- Strategy planning and implementation; - Portfolio management;- Business development;- Financial management. From when I started to work for E-Commerce center till now my team and I accomplished progress in:- Financial statement: revenue of the company increased more than 20 times; budget planning and analysis, cash management, managerial accounting procedures were established. - Staff: number of employees grew from 40 in 2009 to 250 in 2014; training and personal development system based on needs of projects were implemented,- Quality: The company received recognition as meeting requirements of ISO: 9001-2000 standard business. - Project management: Our portfolio includes about 20 IT-projects, more than 40 members of the team have become certified in accordance with the PMBoK standard.We successfully completed three big and complex programs for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They are E-Procurement system re-engeneering and migration project, e-MOF (the biggest SAP implementation in public sector in the CIS), Treasury-Client system development.

As CFO of the company I was responding for financial planning, financial and tax accounting, managerial accounting and analysis. Was playing a role of a manager of the Project of merger of companies E-Commerce Center and Center of Informatization of Financial Systems as well.

As CFO of the company I was responding for financial planning, financial and tax accounting, managerial accounting and analysis. Our team reached profitable financial statement in the first year of work.

- Effectiveness management and KPI, - HR-policy developing and implementation for the group of companies; - Personnel assessment;- Recruiting; - Comp&Ben.Also I was working as a part of Due Diligence Team, which had been reseaching and investigating all new assets issues.

My responsibilities included implementation of new technologies in the work of "Daryn" Center. At the same time a part of my work was developing new ways for support for gifted children in specific areas (as example: microelectronics, ecology, space scientific projects).

I was in charge of managing research projects for the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education, innovation policy, human development and public finance.
