- Utilize a ticketing system to log all requests and activities including documentation of special requests and customizations considered important for future support
- Collaborate with specialized teams (Networks, Windows, Virtualization) to provide technical support for over 2,000 client environments
- Enforce strict security policies to allow client access requests inside the data center using specific access control criteria
- Provide exceptional customer service, processing and prioritizing technical requests while maintaining detailed documentation in the ticketing system
