I am currently in my second year, studying a Bachelor of Education at gold coasts Griffith University. Majoring in Secondary education mathematics and health and physcial education. This is a 3 and a half year course, aiming to have this completed by 2023. Being a teacher was always a passion of mine ever since I was younger. Having both my Mother and Aunty being teachers, has been one of the most helpful things in allowing me to follow this teacher dream of mine. Through coaching basketball to tutoring all ages, I alwasy push to help my students/ players acheive their best possible standards in everything that they do. I am excited to see what the future holds for my teaching journey!Through studying education, I have undertaken a course (1014SCG statistics) that will give me the abilities to collect, organise, analyse and communicate statistical information through various techniques. Currently using learning through R studio and excel to gather a greater understanding of how easy statistical practice can be using these softwares, hoping to be able to teach my students later in my career as a teacher. Completing a recent assessment on how gather fuel data, where it was inserted into R studio to find many variables and tables, such as mean, median, standard deviation, box plots and histograms. There is much more to learn in this statistics course, improving my future mathematic teaching skills for the better!
