I am a friendly, confident, outgoing person who works well as part of a team or individually whenever solo projects are required. With my previous work experience I have excellent IT, customer and communication skills. I relish the opportunity to assist customers and help resolve any concerns or queries. I am looking to progress my career within any industryDuring my time in Leisure Admin, I have learned several new IT skills, some of the following which are; taking calls from customers regarding bookings of activities, replying to important emails for stock, use of the swimming pool and even delegating them to the hierarchy for enquiries.Using my experience from previous jobs, my communication skills and willingness to help customers was very important for me to then teach new upcoming employees. It was a lot of pressure but I thoroughly enjoyed the pressure as it improved my individual skills and it has taught me to be able to work well under pressure.The job role I’ve taken on is handled mostly by myself as I like everything planned and in place so there are no misunderstandings for other employees when they enter the work place.Since being here I have adjusted to the new regulations that have been set by managers that I have achieved because of my hard work and quick understanding, for that reason I’ve been awarded with several monthly awards for quickly adapting to the new regulations that I had to achieve which therefore led to making customers life easier when arriving on park
