I am a commissioned Notary Public in the state of Colorado. I am also a certified Remote Online Notary, so I can do remote notarizations for people anywhere in the country in addition to in-person notarizations in the state of Colorado.

I was responsible for representing the Rebuilding Together affiliate perspective in the development, launch and training plan for new federal grants. I coordinated the launch of new federal grants and program years including HUD, USDA, AmeriCorps and more for all sub-recipients. I also oversaw logistics for federal grant trainings and events as necessary.

I managed the day-to-day operations of a National*Direct AmeriCorps program. I managed the relationships with our affiliates who host AmeriCorps members. I was responsible for the enrollment and onboarding of new AmeriCorps members, as well as reporting. I also developed and implemented a professional development curriculum, career resources and housing-related programming. I created our annual AmeriCorps Member Development Summit event and was responsible for all event and travel logistics.

Responsible for pursuing funding for all Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans programs, projects, buildings, and capital campaign programs from government sources and private and corporate foundations. This includes identifying prospects, building relationships with funding entities, preparing proposal-related materials, and managing post-award correspondence and reports.

Worked to build capacity by developing strategies to ensure our field and warehouse operations are more efficient and sustainable. Improved the process of technical evaluations, project development, volunteer management and empowerment, and created a comprehensive list of contractors and vendors with emphasis on veteran or veteran-owned organizations to provide economic opportunities to veterans in the city.I also helped plan logistics for volunteer projects with corporate sponsors, including creating Run of Show, assigning volunteer projects, creating workscopes, placing purchase orders, etc.

As a House Captain I performed safe and healthy home repairs for low income, disabled, elderly, veteran, single head of household homeowners including but not limited to: siding repair, drywall, paint,carpentry, weatherization and improvements to accessibility compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. I lead groups of volunteers ranging from high school students to corporate sponsors to retirees on site, taught them the skills needed to perform repairs and supervised them as they carried out the tasks ensuring that they did so safely and efficiently. I also worked as a team with all staff in all aspects of project management to ensure successful rebuild events

As a Team Leader I supervised and lead a group of 8 members in all aspects of service projects. I served as a role model, facilitator, educator, and safety manager while encouraging high standards for 18 to 24 year old members involved in community-based service learning projects/service assignments. I also served as a liaison between the sponsoring agency (FEMA) and the campus staff and reported directly to a Unit Leader. I was also responsible for the accountability and proper disbursement of all issued federal funds and equipment.
