Ethan Benefield is a Cum Laude Graduate from the University of Mississippi, aspiring to work in the marketing and communications industry. Ethan posses a bachelor's of science in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in general business with an emphasis in computer science.In his time at Ole Miss, Ethan served as the President of Phi Beta Lambda, a business organization closely affiliated with the Future Business Leaders of America. He also served as executive secretary for his professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, where he managed to accrue nearly two years experience in that position. Additionally, he received a certification in servant leadership through Alpha Kappa Psi through the brotherhood unbounded program. Ethan had the privilege of earning the Dean's Excellence in IMC award through the School of Journalism, a prestigious award given to only a select few students annually, and served as an ambassador to the school for two years, where he helped with recruitment efforts, and helped to establish a better connection between incoming students and the campus.He also earned Alpha Sigma Lambda and Phi Theta Kappa Honors while maintaining a high grade point average. He was named to Chancellor's Honor Roll for his final semester at Ole Miss.Outside of his academic career, Ethan serves as AIM/Ambassador Chair volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association of Mississippi, and has been working with the organization for roughly 6 years. In the fall of 2022, he was able to help establish a micro-walk to end Alzheimer's, where they raised nearly $7,500.00, which was roughly $2,500.00 above their original goal. He also serves as a photographer for the Night to Shine event in New Albany where he captures around 800+ photographs. His work has been featured nationally on the Tim Tebow Website, and has been used for several advertisements. In addition to that, he is recognized as a multi award winning photographer by the Gumtree Art Museum.Ethan is passionate for serving his community, and truly demonstrates the drive to lead by serving others first and foremost.
