Aspiring Heads CIC is a social enterprise seeking to challenge racial disparities in education by first tackling deficits within leadership in order to create the best learning environment for children. Our flagship programme, Aspiring Heads, takes educators on a 6-month journey, sharing the pitfalls and necessities of leadership, alongside the component that make a great leader and/or headteacher.
