I was an outside parts salesperson in the Phoenix metro area for Velocity Truck Centers. I managed approximately 60 accounts which were comprised of mostly semi truck/trailer fleets and independent repair facilities. I sold parts, educated customers on new product lines, provided training, and assisted with billing and logistics. My goal was to provide our customers with the best level of customer service in order to grow market share.

I trained automotive dealers and agents on how to sell MBPI protection plans, and worked with customers across the country in regard to questions concerning protection plans and how to buy. I have attended national training seminars in Finance & Insurance, and Automotive Sales. Additionally, I designed marketing material including brochures, trade show displays, wide-format posters, window decals, and variable data direct mail. I also managed supply inventory and shipments, maintained MBPI’s social media and online presence, designed a monthly corporate newsletter, developed press releases, built agent presentations, and provided pricing comparisons for our agents.

Designed and produced commercial billboards, yard signs, lake maps, agent listing presentations, and print documentation. Maintained social media pages, photographed property listings, and edited photos regularly.
