Also, focus was placed on improving the CCSACP and correcting deficiencies observed.-Polled CARICOM countries to determine the level of cooperation and collaboration on Movement/Migration of people.-Polled CARICOM countries to determine what agencies/mechanisms currently exists to facilitate Security cooperation/ collaboration.- Investigated the current level of compliance among CARICOM Member States as it relates to Terrorism particularly UNSCR 2178. - Assessed the potential risk of the Regional Citizenship by Investment Programme as it is juxtaposed to the issue of Foreign Terrorist Fighters.
