Collaborate with technical leaders and peers sales team to develop business strategy. Develop relationship with senior FIS personnel. Manager performance goals and business needs of the organization. Plan, define and review projects for proper implementation and migration to service mode. Plan, develop and implement new systems and ensure proper functioning of existing systems. Resolve any issues and take preventive actions and maintain project logs, documents and status reports. Evaluate performance of team members, provide feedbacks and prepare appraisals.
