Whilst working alongside expert NYCFC coaches, I was entrusted with a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily training sessions. My responsibilities included overseeing a group of 40-100 young athletes each day, which required meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Managing such a large number of kids involved coordinating their activities, monitoring their progress, and ensuring their safety throughout the sessions. In addition to these logistical duties, I was also prepared to provide basic medical assistance if needed. This meant being vigilant for any signs of injury or health issues and responding promptly with first aid or medical support. Working closely with the coaches, I gained valuable insights into effective training techniques and team management while also honing my ability to maintain a secure and supportive environment for the players.
