For as long as I can remember, I have loved to solve problems. The act of puzzling out how to complete a task and eventually building a physical model that worked brings me deep feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.Throughout my years the problems I worked on grew in complexity. My interest in problem solving started at a young age with Lego Technic parts, and in Middle School I began setting up electronic media devices (think TVs and game consoles), and in high school I joined my school’s FIRST Robotics Competition Team.Presently, I am involved in multiple engineering clubs and organizations here at the University at Buffalo. These organizations are Students for the Exploration and Development of Space, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Nanosatellite Laboratory.My more recent problem solving experience has largely taken place in a team setting. This gave me more experience working with others, improving my communication and collaboration skills. These skills, in addition to my technical ability, led to me gaining the position of Pit Crew Leader in my High School’s robotics team.Outside of solving problems, some of my favorite things to do are listening to music, playing video games, going outdoors, and expanding my hobbies.Feel free to connect with me via LinkedIn if you are interested in learning more about what I do!
