I consistently bring the guest experience to everyone on the mountain, and aim to make everyone's experience with our company as amazing as possible. In addition to going above and beyond in guest experience, I consistently rise the bar for excellence and detail in our department by having excellent rapport with my employees, making every conversation approachable comfortable for everyone! I constantly make my rounds throughout my resort to become more familiar with our location and have a greater knowledge of what happens and where things are. I have become a valued asset within my team and resort, given the longevity of my time with the company and my ability to learn fast, and uphold our high standard of quality.
