PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Communicate with owners about the project schedule, scope of work to be performed and completion date- Review the project contract, create requisitions, draw roof details, and order corresponding material and equipment- Communicate the scope of work, project schedule, project plan and safety plan with the appointed foreman- Perform pre-project reports, accept and verify material accuracy- Install proper safety devices (Warning Line System, Fall Restraint Systems, Ground Barricades, etc) and verify employees have properly inspected PPE and Fall Protection. Conduct daily on-site safety meetings, identify potential hazards and plan accordingly - Lay out of the scope of work- Track and manage all associated job costs (material, labor, equipment, etc)- Communicate issues with the customer and provide a means of resolutionRECRUITING - Proposed, launched and managed the division's first college recruiting program. The nation-wide recruiting program set the standard as a model for other Centurion divisions, and is still a viable program today. - Actively recruited students from universities, technical schools and high schools. Conducted interviews, company presentations and hosted informational sessions. Attended career fairs and served as a liaison for other corporate recruiters. - Monitored, mentored and tracked interns. Communicated with interns' corresponding universities to ensure program compliance. Assessed interns individually upon completion of internship.
