Supervise a team of 5 laborers performing a variety of tasks, including processing orders, preparing molds, pouring, finishing, and stripping precast concrete products, renting ready-mix trailers, mixing different types of concrete, and assisting customers by loading products and explaining the process of renting concrete.Train new employees to perform many of the previously mentioned tasks, resulting in higher production efficiency and more cooperation opportunities between employees.Continuously train to remain knowledgeable and skilled in handling a constantly changing stream of production job commissions with respect to inventory quantity and location, methods of production, and priority. Ensure timely and high-quality production of all jobs.
