Project & Component Engineer for the RS-25 rocket engine's Combustion Devices at Aerojet Rocketdyne, and recent graduate from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.Served as a Project & Component Engineering Intern at Aerojet Rocketdyne. Engaged in the technical details of the RS-25's combustion devices, a liquid staged combustion engine integrated onto NASA's SLS rocket. Dispositioned solutions to various nonconformances on the powerhead, nozzle, and main combustion chamber. Presented an Engine Acceptance Review to NASA and Rocketdyne engineers for an engine that will power the Artemis 3 manned moon mission. Elected as Project Manager for the Nuclear Thermal Propulsion Capstone Project. Researching NTP systems and performing computational fluid dynamics calculations to minimize heat transfer in an additively manufactured nozzle utilizing sinusoidal regenerative cooling channels. Working as a Propulsion and Thermal Systems Technical Lead on a Europa Orbiter Design Project, in which the spacecraft is meant to monitor the atmosphere and subsurface ocean on the Jovian moon to determine habitability for life. Recently accepted into the NASA L'SPACE Mission Concept Academy, and receiving mentorship from NASA engineers on industry processes regarding interplanetary mission design. Serving as a Propulsion Engineer for the Buckeye Space Launch Initiative’s Liquid Engine Project. Worked on modeling the fuel and oxidizer system. Currently preparing for a static fire test of an Atlas LR-101 rocket engine. Also the Vice President and Lead Engineer for the Students for Sustainable Resilient Communities. Leading a team of engineers in developing a water filtration system to be implemented in Tanzania. Spearheading a new project to develop a solar powered cold storage unit to keep produce fresh for a local community garden. Member of the Sigma Gamma Tau National Honors Society for achievements both in and out of the classroom. Previously employed by the Ohio State University as a Thermodynamics, Aerodynamics, and Astrodynamics Teaching Assistant.Fluent in many software packages such as Solidworks, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, Java, and Ansys Workbench.Motivated, hard-working, and eager to contribute to something bigger.
