I recently completed a 26-week software engineering and web design bootcamp through Colorado State University through which I gained the skills necessary to build full stack web applications and websites using JavaScript, React, Express, SQL and more.I am well versed in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products primarily in a cleanroom environment. In the 8+ years I spent working at Tolmar I gained a great deal of knowledge of the entire process including FDA regulations, Quality Assurance/Control, Safety, Machine Operation and Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and more.I am a dependable leader but also a team player. My preferred leadership style is more of a supportive role than authoritative, and I prefer listening, advising, and ultimately directing from a position of equality. Since I was young, I've had a strong drive to help others succeed, regardless of my position. I have a strong work ethic (thanks, Dad) and I am reliable and self-motivated. I am always looking for ways to improve and streamline the workflow process for efficiency gains and to increase profit margins. My experience with Lean manufacturing has greatly improved my insight into many aspects of process improvement.
