Gate TVs is a student-run Colgate University smart TV full rental service with pickup/delivery right to your door. Our smart TVs offer built-in WiFi connectivity, so you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN, Hulu, HBO Now, and more directly on the TV.-Launched new business approved by Colgate after collecting data on student population, and selected for $1,000 seed-grant increasing marketing exposure through data-driven insights.- Successfully sold the company, and aided the development of our integration process, collaborating closely with the new leadership team to ensure a smooth transition. -Developed and implemented a comprehensive plan to train the new leadership group, focusing on company culture, business processes, and strategic objectives.-Performed market research and analysis to develop marketing schemes (created social media, generating 25,000+ views and helped recruit new Creative Director) that would form the basis of company sales (generated over $30,000 in revenue to date).-Oversee and manage delivery and storage services for TV rental business allowing students and families a complete stress/hands free experience.

-Performed revenue/cogs analysis on company product type to ensure accurate margins reports. Analyzed fiscal year-grand ledger in Excel to assist accounting team calling out miscoding ensuring accurate data. -Creating/processing weekly payments, plus posting them on the company ERP system alongside the AP team.-Reviewed credit card payables to ensure company accrued credit card payment accounts were reconciled.

- Managed the order creation lifeline and product lifecycle management alongside the account managers, ensuring timelines met through open communication with vendors and clients. - Provide clients with professional product recommendations, while answering all questions related to sourcing, pricing, and development through fulfillment (utilizing excel and powerpoint to express and share findings).- Manage information flow between manufacturers, our in-house design teams, and clients including submitting POs/SOs, line sheets, build sheets, and design decks.- Regularly perform research on competitive landscape including new products and marketing trends
