Summer intern that assisted with the departments completion of the planning phase of Canada's Arctic Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) project.Responsibilities included: - Reported to the AOPS (Arctic Operations Patrol Ships) Dept.to assist in preparation for building the 1st Harry Dewolf Class ship for the Canadian Navy.- Assumed the role of coordinator between GE, LMC, SIEMENS and Lloyds register for tracking and providing supplementary information to Lloyds for approval of design drawings.- Assisted other engineers with the review of the IPMS systems and associated drawings as part of the above process.- Managing and organizing weekly meetings between Lloyds Register and subcontractors.- Document review for the purpose of tracking changes.- Data Collection from both 3D model and 2D drawings for the purpose of construction planning. - AutoCad experience
