Ethan Cramer specializes in non-profit administration and programs, with 30 years of experience working with a broad range of organizations. He has particular expertise in collaborations and linkages.Ethan is an elected School Director representing residents of the Borough of Kennett Square on the Kennett Consolidated School District Board.Ethan is member of the Board of Directors of the Carter Community Development Corporation in Kennett Square, PA. He acts as a primary staff member for this resident-led community agency, which has transformed a struggling neighborhood into a model of livable affordable housing through engagement with children and youth.Ethan spent six years as a member of the Borough Council of the Borough of Kennett Square, where he was an advocate for Latino constitutents, community policing, lower-income residents and open government principles. He served on the Public Safety committee.He is an activist for neighborhoods, and founded and ran a community organizing non-profit in Wilmington, Delaware. He held a variety of positions at two notable public gardens in the Delaware Valley, Chanticleer and the Scott Arboretum of Swarthmore College, and he worked in the community greening programs at the Delaware Center for Horticulture. He worked for many years for one of the highest-quality landscaping firms in the Delaware Valley, Fine Garden Creations.
